The kitchen in fact, is equipped with           salami, cheese, meat, vegetables, mushrooms, edible oils and wines of "National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti Della Laga", a guarantee of genuine and tasty dishes. Meals take place in our hall of the inn, dominated by a large and impressive fireplace, where in winter you cook meat grilled in compliance with the ancient local customs. The menu boasts inside specialties like soups legumes, first with porcini mushrooms, lake fish, cod, grilled meats and baked with contours of fresh vegetables in season. At the end of the meal will delight the palate with sweet home and imaginative local liquors.
